Why Lull
We opened in 2014 with one room, twelve cushions and one idea: that sitting still for an hour is a skill anyone can learn, and it is easier with other people in the room.

The classes
Open a class to see what you will do, how long it lasts and what it costs. Every class suits beginners.
Thirty minutes of guided sitting before work: arrive, settle, follow the breath, one short reflection. Coffee and tea after.
Daily · 7 am · 30 min · all levels · $18
Slow, guided breathing patterns lying or seated, with long rests in between. Nothing forced; you can stop at any point.
Tue and Thu · 6 pm · 45 min · all levels · $22
You lie on a mat under a blanket while bowls and gongs are played around the room. Many people fall asleep, which is fine.
Friday · 7:30 pm · 60 min · all levels · $26
A guided rest lying down, moving attention slowly through the body. No poses, no stretching, no experience needed.
Sunday · 5 pm · 50 min · all levels · $20
A slow, mostly silent walk along the lake path in Red Rocks Park, with three short stops to sit. Wear good shoes.
Saturday · 9 am · 75 min · meet at the park gate · $15
Ways to pay
No contracts. Packs never expire, and membership can be paused for a month any time you need.
Weekend retreat · Nov 13 to 15
Two nights in a lakeside lodge forty minutes from the studio. You bring warm clothes; we bring everything else.
From $480 · 6 places left
