An hour lying under a blanket while bowls and gongs are played around the room. The easiest class we teach.
What happens
One hour, four parts.
7:20 pm
Arrive
Shoes off, a mat and two blankets are laid out for you.
7:30 pm
Settle
Theo talks you through lying comfortably and what to expect.
7:40 pm
Listen
Forty minutes of bowls, gongs and chimes played around the room.
8:20 pm
Return
A few slow minutes to sit up, then tea in the corner.
What to bring
Warm socks and a layer; the room cools when you lie still. Everything else is here. If you have tinnitus or are pregnant, tell your teacher before the class, and ask your doctor if you are unsure.
Theo has played for sound baths since 2016 and teaches yoga nidra on Sundays. He trained as a percussionist before he ever sat on a cushion, and he still tunes every bowl himself.
