A private link, no app, and the same therapist and fee as on Monroe Street.
Online therapy
Every Ovel therapist sees clients by secure video, for every service except groups. Many clients mix the two: in the room when they can, on screen when the week is full.

How it works
1
The day before, a private link to a secure video room. No app to install, and no account.
2
Open the link early to check camera and sound. Our front desk can call you if anything fails.
3
Wait on screen until your therapist lets you in. Nobody else can join the call.
4
Fifty minutes, the same as in the room. At the start we confirm where you are, so help can reach you.
Your side of the screen
A ten-minute check the first time saves the first five minutes of every session after it.
Safety on screen
Every video session begins with your address for the day and a number to reach you. If the call drops or you become unwell, your therapist knows where help needs to go.
Online sessions are for clients who are in Wisconsin at the time, the state where our therapists are licensed. If you are travelling, tell us and we will move the session.
Questions
Short answers to what people ask before their first video session.
