Some owners will sell, but will not photograph their house for a portal. These five are described in full to registered buyers, and shown by appointment only.

How it works
Register once. Everything else is by post.
The list is not a newsletter. It is a short written particular for each house, sent to the buyers it actually suits.
1
Register with proof of funds
And a sentence about what you are looking for. A partner reads every registration.
2
Receive the particulars
Printed and posted. Private houses, and every public entry eleven days before launch.
3
View with the partner
By appointment, accompanied, never in a group, and never photographed.
The only photograph on this page, and it is of our own staircase
Discretion
What we will not do.
Four rules, and the reason the list exists at all. A vendor who asks for discretion is asking for something specific, so it is written down rather than implied.
We do not share the list, sell it, or let anyone else write to it.
We do not name a private vendor, or their street, before a viewing is agreed.
We do not photograph a private house for any purpose, including our own records.
We do not hold open days, and we never show two buyers on the same afternoon.
The private list
143 buyers are registered this season.
A partner writes back within one working day, usually with a question about what you are looking for.
