A trade price, and permission to publish the retail one
You get
Your piece on a shopping list a client is already holding, priced honestly, with no negotiation at the till
We ask
A lead time you will actually hold
You get
Named on the list with that lead time, and sequenced in the install guide so the client waits without chasing you
We ask
One contact who answers within two working days
You get
Orders that arrive specified, measured and decided, with no swatch requests and no “does it come in blue”
We ask
Nothing else. No exclusivity, no listing fee, no minimum
You get
A studio that takes no commission: the trade discount goes to the client as a lower price, not to us as a margin

Note 1
You make it, or you stock it.
Makers, workshops, showrooms and salvage yards. Not marketplaces, and not drop-shippers.
Note 2
You ship to the Pacific Northwest inside eleven weeks.
Anything slower cannot be sequenced against a fourteen-day pack.
Note 3
You publish dimensions.
A piece we cannot draw to scale cannot go on a plan, whatever it looks like.
Note 4
You hold your lead times.
Two misses in a year and the account closes; it happened twice in 2025.
