Eighteen four by twelve six, checked against your photographs before anything is placed.

Sofa, table, chair, shelving, rug. Two rounds of revisions move whatever you want moved.

Measure the longest wall and the one at right angles to it — that decides the price, and nothing else does. Second room in the same order takes 15% off. Nothing is billed hourly, and no package includes the furniture: you buy direct from the list, at the price we found it.

Q.01 — Measurements
Send a photograph of the tape against the wall. The plan is redrawn at no cost until the day the pack ships.
Q.02 — The list
No. Every line carries an alternate at a lower price, and the plan names the four pieces that hold the room together if you buy nothing else.
Q.03 — Stock
Links stay live for 90 days and we watch them. Email us and a replacement at the same price comes back within two working days.
Q.04 — What you own
That is what this form is for. The Alberta Street loft kept four pieces, including the sofa the plan was built around.
Q.05 — Visits
Not for a room package — that is what keeps it at $795, and it is why we work the same way in Portland as in Tucson. Portland clients can book a two-hour walkthrough separately, billed on its own.
