A storefront entrance before opening
A monthly plan keeps a storefront looking the same in March as it did on opening day. We come early, finish before the sign turns, and leave the walk dry enough for the first customer.
What a visit covers
The front walk and entrance, washed with a surface cleaner
Gum removal on the busiest strip of pavement
The glass line: frames, sills and the base of the windows
Bins, planters and the area around them
How often
Most stores choose once a month. Busy restaurants and corner sites often move to every two weeks in summer, when gum and spills build up faster.
Before the first visit
We walk the site with you once and agree what is in the plan, so every visit is the same.
Billing
One fixed monthly price in writing, with extra work quoted separately and only with your approval.
