Restaurant patios: how often is enough?

Grease and gum build up faster than you think under outdoor tables.

Outdoor tables on a restaurant patio

A restaurant patio takes more traffic than most driveways see in a year. Spilled drinks, grease and gum build up under the tables, and the stains set in the sun.

A simple schedule

What we use

A degreaser for the kitchen side, a surface cleaner for the main floor and hot water for gum. We wash early so the patio is dry before the first seating.

Between visits

Sweep and spot-clean spills the same day. Fresh grease lifts easily; a week-old stain does not.

Pavers and stone

Pavers and natural stone need a gentler pass than concrete, and sometimes a sealer after the wash. We tell you which in the written price.
