Wash water collected after a storefront clean
On a commercial site, the water that runs off a wash carries grease, gum and cleaner. Many cities ask that it stays out of the storm drain, so on those jobs we collect it and take it away.
How recovery works
We block the nearest drain, wash toward a low point and lift the water with a recovery vacuum. It goes into a holding tank on the van and is disposed of where the local rules allow.

When it is required
Rules differ by city and by site. Restaurants, fuel stations and parking garages are the usual cases. We check what applies before we quote and include it in the written price.
“If a site manager asks where the water went, we can show them the tank.”

What it costs
Recovery adds time and equipment, so it adds to the price. We list it as a separate line so you can see it.
