A clean front does more for the listing photos than a new mailbox.

A front yard ready for listing photos
Buyers scroll past dozens of listings a night, and the first photo decides whether they stop. A washed front walk, clean siding and a bright driveway make a house look looked after.
What to wash first
The driveway and front walk, which fill the bottom of the first photo
Siding on the street side, where green film shows in daylight
The front steps, porch and railings
Gutters, if they are streaked or stained
When to book
Book the wash a few days before the photographer, not the morning of. Concrete needs time to dry evenly, and you want the lawn and beds to recover from the rinse.
A small extra
Ask us to rinse the windows on the street side after the siding. It costs little and the glass reads clearer in photos.
Keep it simple
One visit, one written price, and a front that looks the way it did when you bought it. Send us a few photos and we will tell you what makes the biggest difference.
