Platform Detail

TikTok

Where a brand gets found by people who were not looking for it. Five posts a week, hooks written for sound on, and formats retired the week they stop working.

What we run here

Three jobs, one feed.

01

Hook led film

The first frame does the work. We shoot openings as their own deliverable and test them against each other before the rest of the cut is finished.

02

Series, not posts

Formats that can run twenty times: a returning question, a process, a weekly answer. A one off video is a cost. A format is an asset.

03

Spark ads

Budget goes behind the organic posts that already earned attention, in their native form, never as a rebuilt ad that announces itself.

After it goes live

The first 48 hours.

0 – 2 hrs

Comments answered as they land. The first hour of replies decides whether the comment section becomes a place or a queue.

2 – 12 hrs

Retention curve read at the frame it drops. If the hook is losing people, the next cut is rewritten that night, not next month.

12 – 48 hrs

If it is holding, spend goes behind it as a spark ad in its native form. If it is not, it is logged and the format is retired.

Friday

Everything that ran this week is read together, and next week's slots are set against what actually held.

Kessel Running · launch quarter

On this platform

A running brand with no feed and a race in ninety days.

We built the calendar around training blocks and shot monthly, letting the grain carry the grade. The format that worked was the least polished one: a phone on a tripod at 6am, three times a week.
