Process

A quarter, on a runsheet.

Three clocks run at once: the plan moves in quarters, the camera in months, the feed in weeks. Here is exactly how a Feedra quarter is scheduled and read.

The quarter

Four phases, one window.

01 · 14% of the quarter

Days 1–5

Hook & audit

We read the account like an editor: what holds people, what loses them, and what is missing from the feed entirely. Two pages out, including what we are not doing.

02 · 12% of the quarter

Day 8, monthly

Script & shoot

One production day a month, planned to the hook. Four ratios framed on the day, never cropped later. First cuts back within 72 hours.

03 · 46% of the quarter

Weeks 2–12

Distribution

Publishing slots are fixed. Paid follows the content that already works organically.

04 · 28% of the quarter

Every Friday

Scale & optimise

Weekly reads, monthly re-plans. Winners get budget; everything else gets rewritten.

The board · week 35

Five brands, one week, exactly as it runs.

Publishing slots are fixed; everything else moves around them.

What lands, and when

The cadence you can hold us to.

Daily

Community: replies, DMs and comments inside working hours. Median 41 minutes.

Weekly

Friday read: retention, saves, comments and what changes next week. One page.

Monthly

One production day, then the four minute report with the decisions we are making next.

Quarterly

The plan is rewritten with you, against the ninety day window that just closed.
