How we hire

Slowly, and rarely.

We have hired four people in six years. Everyone joins on a paid trial fortnight, works alongside a lead, and gets a straight answer at the end of it.

Licensed, always

Every electrician on the crew holds a current Oregon licence. Apprentices work supervised, never alone.

Background checked

Everyone who enters your home has been checked and is insured under our policy.

Code training every year

Paid time for continuing education, because the code book changes and guessing is expensive.
