Everything before you sign.

Contracts, notice, insurance, prohibited items, and access. If yours is not answered here, the office will answer it on the phone.

Renting

One month. After that it rolls monthly and you can leave with ten days notice, with the unused part of the month refunded.

No deposit, no administration fee, and no gate card charge. The first payment is the first month, taken on the day you move in.

Yes, at any time and at no charge, subject to what is open. Most people size down after six months once they see what they actually use.

A reminder at day three and day seven, then gate access suspends at day fourteen. We call before that happens; nobody is locked out by an automated system without a conversation.

Using the unit

Yes, at Alameda Point, in one of the twelve covered bays. The vehicle needs to be taxed and insured, and we ask for a trickle charger rather than a full battery disconnect.
Anything living, anything perishable, fuel, gas bottles, fireworks, firearms, and anything illegal. Paint and cleaning chemicals are fine in sealed original containers.
Only if you add them as a named user, which takes a minute at the office or a signed email. They get their own code, and the gate log records them separately.
For business accounts, yes, as standard. For household renters we accept them by arrangement, and we will not sign for anything requiring inspection on delivery.
Not by us. The building is insured, the contents of your unit are not. Take our policy from eight dollars a month or use your own with proof of cover.
