Stowvia is not a franchise with a call centre in another state. Three facilities across the East Bay, run by the people who poured the floors.
In 2014 we needed 200 square feet for a joinery business and could not find a single facility that would tell us a price online. Every site wanted a form, then a call, then a visit. We built the first Northgate block that year with one rule: publish the plan, publish the rate, and let people decide in their own time.
Every unit, every site, on the plan. No introductory rate that doubles in month four.
You fit your own padlock. We do not hold a copy and cannot enter without a court order.
Leave when you like with ten days notice, and we refund the unused part of the month.
Every site has staff on it during office hours. The number on this site rings a desk, not a queue.
The first building and still the largest. Four floors, climate control throughout, and the archive rooms that hold most of our business accounts.
A former navy workshop with the roof height to prove it. Vehicle bays, a wash bay, and the only site with a gate that never closes.
Small, drive up, and almost always full. Twenty ground floor units for people who want to park at the door and be done in twenty minutes.
