Each unit is alarmed to your gate code. Open the door without entering your code first and the office is notified within seconds.
Every corridor, gate, lift, and loading bay. Footage is kept ninety days and released to a renter on request with an incident number.
We do not hold duplicates and cannot open your unit. Entry without you present requires a court order, and it has happened twice in twelve years.
Every entry and exit is stamped against a code. Business accounts can export the log to CSV for their own records.
Addressable smoke detection in every corridor and unit, monitored offsite, tested quarterly with the certificates on file at each office.
Temperature and humidity are recorded hourly in every controlled area. Ask at the desk and we will print the month for you.
The storage agreement does not cover the contents of your unit, which is normal across the industry and worth reading properly. Either take the policy we offer or use your own, but do not assume the building insurance protects your things, because it does not.
No deposit, no card at reservation, and the rate you see is the rate you sign. Cancel free up to the day you move in.
