FAQ

Grouped by what you are here for: visiting, tours, and beer. If it is not here, ask at the bar or write to us.

Visiting

The taproom

Not unless you are six or more. Below that we keep everything walk-in, which is why there is usually room even on a Friday.
Dogs anywhere, any time, and there is a water bowl by the door. Under-18s until 8pm, with squash and a spent-grain pretzel behind the bar.
Because we are brewing. Four people cannot run a cellar and a bar in the same week, and the beer is the part that cannot wait.
Six spaces at the side, usually taken by 4pm. Bus 12 stops at Fiskehallen, ninety seconds away, and runs until midnight.
Tours

Walking the floor

Weekend tours fill about ten days out, and Oktoberfest fortnight goes a month ahead. Weekday group tours can usually be arranged with a few days' notice.
Yes. Say so when you book and we swap the tastings for soft drinks at no charge. Under-18s can walk the floor from twelve years old.
The brewhouse and taproom are. The lagering cellar has four steps and no lift, so we run a step-free version of the route on request, tell us when booking.
We wait five minutes, then start. Catch us up at the brewhouse; the door code is on your confirmation email.
Beer

What is in the glass

One alcohol-free lager permanently, brewed the same way and stopped early. Nothing gluten-free at present, because the cellar shares equipment and we will not risk it.

A dozen bars in the city and two bottle shops. Nothing in supermarkets, and nothing brewed under contract elsewhere with our name on it.

Four days sealed, one once opened, and that is being generous. A crowler holds a little longer because it is sealed at the bar.

Not yet. Kegs are delivered inside the city on Thursdays, and everything else is collected from the bar.
