Two weeks watching the work you actually do
We shadow your operations, map every workflow, and score each one by the hours it costs you. You end the fortnight holding a build plan with a price per agent, whether or not you build it with us.
Audits run in every engagement since 2021
002
/ What it is
And what it is not
An audit is two people from our side sitting inside your operations for ten working days. We watch the queues, read the tickets, follow an invoice from raised to paid, and time the things people do without thinking about them.
What comes back is not a strategy document. It is a list of your workflows ranked by hours lost per year, each one marked buildable, partly buildable, or leave it alone, with a price and a build order for the ones worth doing.
Roughly a third of what we find is not worth automating, and we say so. The point of paying for the audit is to hear that before you pay for a build.
You get a costed build plan, not a slide deck.

01
Workflow map
Every operational workflow we found, drawn as it actually runs rather than as the process document claims, with the systems and people each one touches.
Typically 20 to 40 workflows
02
Hours ledger
Each workflow scored by hours lost per year, measured from real timings rather than estimates, so the ranking survives an argument with your finance lead.
Measured, not estimated
03
Build plan
The workflows worth automating, in build order, each with a scope, a price per agent, and the handoff rule we would write for it.
Priced per agent
04
Risk and access review
Where your data would travel, which credentials an agent would hold, and what needs to change before anything touches a production account.
Reviewed with your IT lead

/ The ten days
Day 1 → handover
Days 1–2
Sit with the team
We watch the work happen, unedited, and write down every place a person is moving information between two systems.
Days 3–5
Follow the threads
We trace the slowest workflows end to end, timing each hop and recording where things stall or get reworked.
Days 6–8
Score and cost
Every workflow gets its hours number, a buildability call, and a price if it makes the cut.
Days 9–10
Handover
Ninety minutes with your operations lead and finance lead, walking the plan line by line. The documents are yours at the end of it.

If the audit cannot find five hundred hours a year, you do not pay for it. That has happened twice since 2021.
