The first crew, West Ashley
Dee and Marcus Holloway started Rinsevo in 2016 with a borrowed trailer and a rule they still keep: wash a hidden patch first, then the rest.
Today seven towns sit on a weekly route, and every crew carries four pressures, one for each kind of surface.
