Driveways and Patios

Driveways and patios, back to day one.

Oil, rust, mildew and tire marks lifted from concrete, pavers and brick with a surface cleaner and a full rinse.

Brick driveway, James Island

A driveway takes the worst of every season: oil from the car, rust from the sprinklers, black mildew in the shade. A surface cleaner at 3,000 PSI lifts it evenly, without the stripes a wand leaves behind.

What is included

Oil and rust spots treated before the wash

Surface cleaner across the full area at 3,000 PSI

Edges, joints and steps finished by wand

A full rinse to the street, plants rinsed after

A walk-through with you before we leave

Concrete, pavers or brick

Concrete takes full pressure. Pavers and brick get the same cleaner at a lower setting, then the joints are swept so the sand stays put. If your pavers were sealed, we tell you before we start whether the sealer will survive.

After we leave

The surface is walkable within the hour and dry in two or three. Keep cars off it until the joints are dry. Deep oil can leave a light shadow; we point it out at the walk-through, not on the invoice.

No. Pavers get a lower setting than plain concrete, and the joints are swept after.
Most of them. Old, deep oil fades a lot but can leave a light shadow.
Yes, off the driveway the evening before, and keep it off until the joints dry.
Pavers, often yes. We can quote sealing once the surface is clean and dry.
