Aligners at fifteen: what a parent pays, and when

Aligners at fifteen: what a parent pays, and when

A teenager who wants straighter teeth usually wants them by the school photo. Here is what clear aligners at fifteen really cost, month by month, and when each payment lands.

Part 1

The first appointment

A scan, photos and a talk, all in one 45-minute visit. It is part of the new patient visit at $129, and you leave with a written plan and a 3D preview of the result.

Part 2

The fee, in one line

Clear aligners are $3,900 for the full course, before insurance. That covers every tray, two rounds of refinements and the first retainer. Nothing is added later.

The last payment date is on the plan before the first tray is made.

Part 3

Twelve payments of $325

Anything over $500 can be split into twelve equal payments with no interest and no credit check. The last date is agreed on day one, so you know when it ends before it starts.

Aligners are worn 22 hours a day and changed every two weeks.

Part 4

What insurance pays

Many family plans pay toward orthodontics for patients under 19. We check your plan before the first tray is made and take that amount off the $3,900 in writing.

Part 5

After the last tray

The first retainer is included. A spare costs $150. We see your teenager every eight weeks while the trays are in, and those check-ins cost nothing extra.

Try it

Book the scan in a school holiday and the first trays can be ready before term starts.
