It takes about twenty minutes and it is the closest thing we have to a meeting.<\/p><h2>What is already decided<\/h2><p>Six taps are fixed: the Fjord, the Pils, the Haze, the Gose, the Amber and the alcohol-free. Those pour every week of the year, and if one of them is not ready the tap stays dry rather than getting filled with something else.<\/p><h2>What is up for debate<\/h2><p>The other six. Whatever came out of the cellar this week, whatever is nearly gone and should be finished, and whichever seasonal we can justify. A keg that has been sitting since spring usually wins on the grounds that it is taking up space.<\/p><h2>Why Thursday<\/h2><p>Because we brew Monday to Wednesday and open Thursday afternoon.
